Refund Policy
Return Policy
30-Day Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, contact us at unzaah4@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to our designated return address, which we will provide upon approval.
If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with full instructions on how and where to send your package.

Receive Instructions
We'll send your return shipping label and the return address once approved.
STEP 03
Pack & Ship
Send the item back in its original condition, with tags and original packaging.
STEP 04
Receive Your Refund
Once inspected, your refund is processed within 10 business days.
Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Always contact us before shipping anything back.
Damages & Issues
Received a Damaged Item?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item — so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please review the list below before initiating a return request.
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants
- Custom products such as special orders or personalized items
- Personal care goods such as beauty products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items — unfortunately, sale purchases are final
- Gift cards — these cannot be returned or refunded

Exchanges
How Exchanges Work
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This two-step process allows us to process both transactions smoothly and without delay.
EU Customers
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have additional rights under EU consumer law.
EU Cooling Off Right
You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

We receive your returned item and inspect it against our return eligibility conditions.
Approval Notification
You'll receive an email letting you know whether your return has been approved or rejected.
Refund Processed — Within 10 Business Days
If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Bank Processing Time
It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
